Klimahouse North can accommodate up to 17 guests divided in MINI 4 people, MEDIUM 5 people and GRANDE 8 people. Our backyard is extended green fields, forests and excursion tracks going to the mountains Sassolungo, Rosengarten, Antermoia, the Duron Valley and the tiny ancient village Pian. At the same time we only have 100 meters to the village center and 600 meters to the Col Rodella cable-car. Our house is near the local church, which is a vivid and central place for the local people with its 'Italian style' bell ringing all-day and night.

Once upon a time...
Our building ground once hosted the old one-person chair-lift station constructed in 1948 and closed in 1985. It was divided in two steps, Campitello – Elbetina and then again, Elbetina – Col Rodella with a slope going down to the Elbetina middle station.
On-site we keep many memories from that time such as original signs, objects and photos. You will get a historical view back in time.
The new house
We wanted to integrate our new house as much as possible in the surroundings, so you have the feeling of integrity and Genius Loci, when you see the house between the village, landscape and Dolomites.
We used soft green gray colours and natural, though modern materials such as larch wood, Corten and balconies made of an eco-sustainable material composed of cellulose fiber and thermosetting resins.
Our house is certificated Casa Clima and Klimahaus from the Trentino and South Tyrolean provinces.
