What can a mountain village like Campitello di Fassa offer?

Though Campitello di Fassa is a small mountain village it has all that you might need. A modern supermarket Coop, speciality shops with local products, Bakery, Pharmacy, restaurants and bars, sport gear shops. You can rent a bike at the bikeshop (summer) or you can rent ski equipment in the many shops in the center (winter).

Can I charge my electric car at Klimahouse North?

It is possible to charge an electric car in our closed garage.

What about my precious bikes?
We have created a locked bicycle room inside the closed garage, where house guests with bicycles can be given a key.

Can I bring my rabbit or my dog?

At Klimahouse North the apartments are allergy friendly, so that's why animals are NOT allowed at the house.

If I have health problems?

The nearest Medical Centre is in Canazei (2km) and the nearest hospital is at Cavalese (40km). There are Pharmacies in Campitello di Fassa and Canazei.

Can I drink the tap water?

Mountains, springs and forests surround Klimahouse North. That is why we recommend: Do not buy plastic water bottles, because our tap water can and should be drunk. You can also tap water from the different fountains, which you will find around in the mountains and in the villages when hiking. It tastes fantastically fresh and good.

BEFORE BOOKING

Bookings become binding only after paying a 50% deposit. If a booking is cancelled, the deposit will be retained as a handling charge. We recommend you take out a travel cancellation policy. Check-in from 15:00 to 21:00 Check-out from 07:00 to 10:00 We require a damage deposit from guests of €200. We collect the damage deposit by cash upon arrival and we return the damage deposit by cash the day of check-out. Check following house rules before booking: Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties/events are not allowed. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 07:00. Cancellation policies: You can cancel for free until 42 days before arrival. Early departure, late arrival, or no-show will incur 100% of the booked, unused days. COVID-19 cancellation clause: You can't cancel the reservation caused by COVID-19 or other diseases. Therfore we reccomand you to make a cancellation policy.

RULES ON-SITE

1. RECLAMATIONS Should there be any claims in connection with the rented holiday home, it must be notified communicating to the property owner within 24 hours of arrival. In case of complains regarding cleaning, the property owner must be notified immediately. If not, the guest will be responsible for eventually problems at the departure. If the property is damaged, it must be notified immediately to the property owner and the guest must pay the damage in full. During the rental period, the guests are obliged to keep the house clean and tidy both inside and outside. 2. NUMBER OF GUESTS The house is rented only to the numbers of people indicated by the owner. 3. CONTROL & VALUES The owner may in different situations be required to check the apartment. The guests are responsible for their own values in the apartment and garage. 4. WASTE Glass, paper & cardboard, plastic & cans, unsorted waste and organic waste must be dumped in the indicated containers. Use the special key to the organic and the unsorted waste. 5. SKI, BOOTS AND BICYCLES must be placed in the garage. 6. SMOKING is not allowed in the house. 7. PETS are not allowed at the property. 8. SILENCE To respect the neighbor noisy and disturbing behavior must be avoid. No music or loud conversations outside and inside after 22.00. 9. HEATING SYSTEM The house has a low temperature floor heating system. The radiators in the bathrooms are also connected with the low heating system. The temperature is set to be around 21 degrees. This is an Italian law for private housing. In the summer the heating system is closed! We recommend opening the windows every day for 30 minutes. Then the humid will go away and the heating system starts again. The Italian law gives us an opportunity to respect the environment, the nature and our own health! 10. THE VACUUM CLEANER you will find under the stairways. 11. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE The arrival time is between 15:00 - 21.00. The guests must leave the apartment before 10 am on the day of departure. On departure, the kitchen must be cleaned (otherwise it costs 50 € extra) and all waste must be cleared from the apartment. The owner provides the final cleaning. 12. FORCE MAJEURE There are no refunds for various and unforeseen breakdowns of hardware appliances, which are not repairable due to unavailability of specialized technicians.
